Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, respecting both the rights of our consumers and the operational requirements of our service.


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Digital Products and Services

Given the nature of digital content and services provided, including but not limited to, access to content, downloadable items and membership benefits, we do not offer refunds once the content or service has been accessed or downloaded by the member. This policy is in line with the consumer protection laws of Australia, which do not require a refund to be provided for a change of mind on such digital products and services.

Cancellation of Subscription

Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, members will continue to have access to their subscription benefits until the end of their current billing cycle. Please note, we do not provide refunds for any remaining portion of the subscription period once a subscription is cancelled.

Faulty Products or Services

If the digital content or service provided is faulty, not as described, or does not fulfill its intended purpose, members are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as per the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact our customer service team within a reasonable time frame from discovering the fault to initiate this process.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
